Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

1. The Early Bird Lucky Draw is open to all respondents of PolyGES 2026 who completed and submitted the survey questionnaire by 2 September 2026 (for Graduates of the Class of 2021) and 31 October 2026 (for Graduates of other Classes).
2. The Grand Lucky Draw is open to all respondents of PolyGES 2026 who completed and submitted the survey questionnaire by 2 November 2026 (for Graduates of the Class of 2021) and 30 November 2026 (for Graduates of other Classes).
3. Respondents who enter the Early Bird Lucky Draw will also enter the Grand Lucky Draw.
4. Each respondent will only be allowed to submit once.
5. All submissions will be managed by the Polytechnics, which reserve the right to use the information provided in ways deemed fit.
6. The Early Bird Lucky Draw and the Grand Lucky Draw will take place in January 2027.
7. All prize winners will be contacted and must claim their prizes in person and produce their NRIC/FIN or Passport for verification purposes. Alternatively, they can authorise another person to collect the prize on their behalf.
8. The Joint-Polytechnic GES Committee ("the Committee") reserves the right to:
• disqualify any incomplete submission
• replace the prizes with items of similar value
• forfeit prizes not claimed by 31 March 2027, or by whichever date that is communicated to the winners in writing
• publish winners' names and prizes won to acknowledge winners and ensure transparency
• amend these Terms and Conditions, subject to existing laws and legal process, at any time and without notice
9. The Joint-Polytechnic GES Committee's decision on all matters relating to both the Early Bird Lucky Draw and Grand Lucky Draw is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
10. Participation in both Early Bird Lucky Draw and Grand Lucky Draw, and/or redemption of any prizes will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments thereafter.
